Adam Deutsch

Adam Deutsch has been practicing law since 2010 and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, as well as the Federal Court of Wisconsin. Mr. Deutsch began his career doing foreclosure defense work, fighting to keep families in their homes.  After coming to learn that the best defense can be offense, Mr. Deutsch set out to give his clients a voice and obtain financial relief against some of the largest companies in the world.  For more than a decade, Mr. Deutsch maintained a plaintiff’s civil practice built around representing individual and class action consumer cases against banks, credit reporting agencies, mortgage servicing companies, debt collectors, and businesses engaging in fraud.

Mr. Deutsch has argued cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has provided Continuing Legal Education lectures to attorneys in multiple states, and his research has been published in law journals.  

Joining The Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard, P.C. as an Of Counsel Attorney, in 2024, Mr. Deutsch brings a different perspective on how to address the most significant challenges a client may face in their lifetime.
