Supreme Judicial Court Issues New Order Pausing Jury Trials

As a result of the everchanging court procedures with respect to COVID-19, the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) issued an order pausing all jury trials in Massachusetts state courthouses until January 31, 2022. Our firm continues to stay updated with the current protocols of the Massachusetts Trial Court and is committed to keeping our clients informed.
