My entire life I have been driven to, and am deeply passionate about, both working with people and being a perpetual learner. Practicing as an OUI attorney allows me to continuously learn and better my understanding of the law. OUI defense is multifaceted, involving not only an individual’s constitutional rights but also intricate scientific concepts that are constantly evolving. It is important that OUI attorneys develop an understanding of these concepts as they relate to breathing and blood testing and the admissibility of those tests in OUI cases. As a new attorney, I am privileged to be working with Attorney Bernard, who is at the forefront of these issues in Massachusetts and has in-depth knowledge of the science behind them.
Each client is unique, each case involving different facts and circumstances and requiring an independent approach. However, one thing is constant - your right to the best possible defense. I am here as part of a team that will take the time to get to know you, thoroughly analyze your individual situation, explore every possible avenue of defense, and guide you through the entire legal process.
